RI Engineering, Inc. fixes many of the deficiencies in buildings that are systemic, whether the building is new or existing. Among the more common systemic issues are faulty equipment operation and equipment that does not meet current building code(s). These types of deficiencies often lead to increase building energy usage and/or occupant discomfort. We also ensure that the building will be handed off to the owner in good working condition.
